The staff were absolutely lovely. The music in the massage room was a little too loud. They also had no hair ties or a headband for my facial. 3 minor irritations in the broad scheme of a wonderful experience.

I always love coming to Empowering Beauty for my facials. I tried the Radiance Facial and really enjoyed it, and my skins felt so smooth afterwards. I had Elissa and she was so good! She gave me so many recommendations and made me feel really comfortable and safe to ask heaps of questions. Totally recommend to whoever has been thinking of coming here!

Molly was great , however I feel I paid for a service that could not be performed. She advised she could not wax my chin as I have shaved in the past and recommend ipl that’s all fine She advised she got as much as she good by plucking however when I got home I realised so much hair was left on chin & lip that I should have been offered a refund for this I won’t be back as I’m not happy , it should have been offered at least discounted

I have been wanting to try and hair spa for SO long and today, Sabrina was my therapist and It could not have been more amazing. She was so welcoming and made the experience so lovely. A must try for pure self-indulgence 👌🏼

I had my eyelashes lifted and tinted tiffany was great. The only feedback is they aren't as lifted as i've had in the past
