Very good service. I have free consultation last week and booking this week for laser hair removal for man. When i come they are very friendly and I forgot shave my hair. They are shaved for me very gentle. And the laser no pain as all. Will recommend with all my friends.

Hello, I reserved the teen package for my daughter's birthday, and it was truly fantastic. It's definitely worth the cost. I highly suggest it for anyone with a child who is 12 years old or older, or even for yourself . It's the greatest spa experience ever. The customer service was top-notch, and the staff were outstanding.

The lady who did my treatment was lovely. The treatment itself did make my scalp quite sore. It’s good for your scalp but probably not as relaxing as I thought it would be.

My skin and hair felt amazing after the experience but also the next day! I was half asleep during the experience at a point there, which speaks levels of relaxation. I just wished I had grabbed some of the skin moisturiser that they used at the end of the treatment (if any was available to buy). Thank you so much! I will definitely be coming back when I’m in Sydney again 😊💗

I had the pleasure of having Joumana do 'The Focus Scalpcial'. When I first entered the salon, she made me feel welcomed. She explained what she was going to do and talked me through my scalp diagnosis. The treatment was fantastic, who knew 60 minutes can go by so fast! Joumana ensured I was ok during the treatment and to relax. After the treatment, she thoroughly went through what to do for after care and maintaining a healthy scalp and hair. She also recommended other products for skin care. I highly recommend Joumana. She really went above and beyond.

My time at Scalp Spa with Angel was the absolute best! As my first time having this service, Angel definitely exceed my expectations. Such a great experience. I had Cindi and she was so sweet and amazing at what she does! Best scalp scrub I've ever received. Face and hair feels smooth and rejuvenated. Only downside was that a lot of extras were added on, so ended up paying a lot more than expected, and ended up being quite expensive even after adding my gift voucher, so probably not something I'd do regularly. Otherwise though, a great experience!

I visited the Bankstown branch on Thursday 4/1/24. The owner greeted me and went through my form submissions. I was treated with the services of the signature scalpcial, red LED light therapy (for hair growth) and dermaplaning. I was mainly served by the female staff member whose name was Rozy. She was very polite and friendly. I also requested for my treatment to be recorded as videos. The staff members agreed and did the recording on my mobile. I also admired the atmosphere of the store; it was very comforting. The service room had a bed with a blanket on it which kept myself warm whilst
