Su is fantastic hairdresser and genuinely nice caring person. She goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, care, advice and experience overall. I only go to ooh hair and beauty to get my hair done and i wouldn't change that. Su cuts and dyes my hair and has been helping me care for my post pregnancy hair changes for the last 5 years (2 kids within this time!) I always got loads of compliments on my hair and it's been worth every penny!

Really good service, great for waxing and eyebrows everytime.

Honestly, Bushra is a miracle worker. And she's so gentle! It was the most thorough face wax I've ever had. But it was also the least painful :)

Efficient results

My daughter and I love coming to UpGrace. Bushra is very talented and very good at what she does. We always leave feeling very happy with our eyebrows. Our appointments are never rushed and Bushra spends her time perfecting our eyebrows. I would recommend UpGrace to everyone. You will not be disappointed.
