My visits here have been truly the highlight of my time in Adelaide, and I couldn’t of asked for a better team of beautiful staff to have delt with. Highly recommend to anyone ranging from floats, to facials and even a dose of daily laughter that is very well needed! I’d rate bliss and its staff all 10 stars if I could :)

I had my first Full Body Cryotherapy session at Breathe, and it was amazing. Chloe was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and making me feel at ease. The session left me feeling deeply relaxed, and I could sense positive changes in my body. The atmosphere is calming and perfect for wellness and relaxation. When I’ve been lazy with my skin ~ Marika and the girls at Bliss know what to do! As always, I had concerns with complexion, congestion (oily blocked pores on nose) and texture. I had a micro, hydration infusion and LED and I feel my skin has had a reset! Feels dewy with integrity. My fine lines are pretty much non existent and my face feels less inflamed after Marika offering a face massage. Thank you! X

So lovely! I had a 30 minute LED facial and I was impressed. It was extremely relaxing and the products the therapist used were very effective. My skin feels healed and hydrated already and the therapist said it will continue getting better in the next few days. Thank you!

Good, I was waiting for the music to come back on when floating as was told it would, I wasn’t sure when to get out until the light in tank& water change was happening, lovely massage& facial A little distracting hearing chatting outside of treatment room though

Unbelievable facilities and even better hospitality. Massive shout out to Phil and Amber for coming in early to assist our soccer team in recovery before our big game, leading us to a 10-0 victory. Cryotherapy, inferred sauna and novitec compression boots was very much needed and will definitely be back again very soon
