Sara is truly fabulous! She has great knowledge and is extremely gentle with her approach and I’ve honestly never had a bad experience thru countless waxes and hair laser removal. She’s always assured me on every occasion I’ve ever felt nervous or overwhelmed. I can’t recommend Sara highly enough

I went here for a lash lift and brow lamination+tint, and I am so happy with the service from the girls! Persia and Heidi, are incredibly skilled and truly care about their clients’ satisfaction. Even when I realised I had chosen a brow tint that was a bit too dark for my style, they were so understanding and accommodating, offering to adjust it without hesitation. Their dedication to making sure I was completely happy with the outcome really stood out to me. Will be visiting again :)

Heidi was fantastic! Professional, honest, neat and maintained above and beyond of hygiene standards at all times! Overall a SME👌🏼☝️ The salon is also located in a delight spot and has a minimal yet classy decor in my opinion, which I liked. I am a return costumer due to my previous pleasant experiences I have had at Queen Brows and Skin!

Lymphatic massage was good, therapist was lovely however was scheduled for 45 mins and only received 30 min massage. Did query at the time but was assured I had received a 45 min massage, even though between arriving, waiting and leaving I had not been on the premises 40 mins.

Accommodated my request for no mint products. Dermaplaning was fine. Massage was great! Hadn't done an LED mask before - would not recommend the red (too blindingly bright), but the green was no problem. Think there used to be a hydrogel mask add-on instead of the LED, but that wasn't on the list this time - I might request that instead of the LED if it's customisable next time.

What can you expect. Only the best, can't do better than that. Everyone deserves a Sara in their life. Great service friendly atmosphere and someone with up to date knowledge. Great follow up. But don't listen to me. Book an appointment and give it a try. I am a convert. And no I have not been paid to write this.

I have been going to Queen Brows for several years now, and have had several different treats with Heidi.... eye brow tattoo, skin needling, IPL and led light therapy just to name a few. She is amazing!! I would highly recommend Heidi, she is a true perfectionist!!

The shop was clean, Sara was well dressed and cheerful. I was ushered into a treatment room and then the magic happened. Sara talked to me about each stage, told me exactly what she was doing and why. She gave explanations of why my skin was the way it was and how without using nasty drugs or anything that would harm me she could fix it. She did. Abra cadabra... I looked beautiful. I think she has an excellent knowledge on what she does and her professionalism made me feel safe and when she was done, Sara gave me instructions on the post care regime. Excellent service. I cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention Sharon and Heidi showed me on my recent visit to have my brows tinted. I do have some grey hairs sprinkled in my eyebrows and they explained that they needed to mix in a darker colour to cover the greys. They took extra care to meet my request to make them as natural as possible whilst covering the grey hairs. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them.
