My technician was running late and I had another apt right after. But the manager was awesome and put me at ease. He called another technician and she was great. The customer service was excellent, the technician was amazing at what she does, and the price was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this place!

Heaven. Such a cute and cosy spa. Located in one of the workers' cottages on Cox's Garden this little oasis delivers on indulgence. Music, linen, lighting, products, but best of all .... the therapist. One of the best massage and facial treatments in memory. Book ahead though because spots can be hard to come by - for good reason.

Overall, I was satisfied with my first experience at this massage place. The spa salon was clean and had a fresh atmosphere, which added to the relaxation. The staff were accommodating and made sure I was comfortable while I waited for my appointment. My masseuse Ammy was skilled in her deep tissue massage technique and incorporated gentle stretching, making the massage enjoyable and not overly painful. The combination of deep tissue and Swedish massage was a nice touch and left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Thank you for the nice experience.
