Feeling very old and tired I went into this session with a lot of hesitation. Maya put us through number of poses that really stretched the body and taught us how hold the stretch and breathe through any discomfort. I found some of the poses quite hard to hold however Maya talked me through each one and, when necessary, gave me slight adjustments so that I could still gain the same stretch. By the end of the session I felt so much better, my body felt like it had a real workout but it felt good and I could move so much more easily. Looking forward to the next session. Thank you Maya.

Today I had my second RF Non-Surgical Face Contour & Collagen Infusion Mask with the delightful Amy. This treatment blows my mind. The results are so instant and you walk out of the salon feeling amazing.
