The massage was lovely - very relaxing and the pressure was exactly what I asked for. Unfortunately the massage started late and did not go for a full hour which was a bit disappointing given I arrived almost 10 minutes early and waited outside as the front door was locked. I called twice to try to let someone know that I had arrived, but the calls went to voicemail.

Kirsty, my masseuse, was absolutely wonderful. I enjoyed a very relaxing 1h aromatherapy massage at 37 weeks pregnant. The property, facilities and room were very well appointed and it was a nice touch being served tea afterwards with snacks. I was gifted a voucher by colleagues to use towards this treatment and can't wait to come back post-natal for another treatment. Thank you!

I had my first Signature Soul Cleanse Facial at Skin and Soul Spa, and it was pure luxury! Before the treatment, I filled out a questionnaire on my skin concerns and preferences. Jenny was warm and welcoming, making me feel at ease. The session included a double cleanse, facial steaming, exfoliation, hydrating serums, a pumpkin peel, massages, aromatherapy, extractions, and more. It was so relaxing, I even dozed off! I had the most relaxing facial! My skin was in need of some TLC and my therapist knew exactly what to do. I had the deluxe facial and she focused on my areas of concern which is hyperpigmentation. She also gave the best massage while the face mask was soaking in and followed with a LED light. My skin feels refreshed and hydrated. Will 100% be coming back for another one 😊

Wow, what an incredible experience. Jenny made me feel so relaxed during the entire facial. I don't think I can recommend this enough! I had a bit of a slow and sad day and it was the perfect ending to a stressful work week. I had the Signature Soul Cleanse Facial, I was greeted with a delicious and warm cup of tea and a tarot card reading. The massage, the company and the treatment WAS AMAZING! I can't wait to come and fall asleep all over again! 5 stars!! :) x

Lauren was fab. She was super knowledgable and customised my facial to my skin’s needs. It was such a relaxing experience overall and I can’t wait to go back!

Came in for a facial, left feeling like an enlightened deity. Jenny didn’t just refresh my skin… she reset my soul. From the ambient vibes to the step by step walkthrough magic (as per my request), every detail was top tier! She even handed me tea and read my soul cards… at this point, I think she might be a skincare wizard. My face is glowing, my spirit is uplifted, and now I have impossibly high standards for facials. 10/10, would let Jenny bless my skin again.

Honestly the most relaxing facial I’ve ever had. Lauren was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made some great product recommendations after the facial. I’ve purchased a couple of these, which have been great for my skin. I can’t wait to go back next month!

At The Skin and Soul Spa Jenny has created a whole experience that encompasses not just a first class cleansing facial but a spiritual experience that allows the deepest relaxation! I feel renewed rejuvenated and totally relaxed after my treatment. The highlights included facial and scalp massages and even both arms massages that I have not experienced anywhere else! The products are all organic, smell divine and very effective! My skin is glowing, my fine lines had been smoothed out and my whole face feels wonderful. I can not wait to book another appointment and experience this bliss again
