My Masseuse was Piyarat. Warm, kind welcome, as she met me in the reception area of the rooms/offices. You reach the therapist's room by a walk through a courtyard, & a lift/stairs, before entering a small room of peaceful calm, with a suitable background soundtrack playing. Normal protocol for disrobing, with a privacy curtain between you & the entrance door. The massage was professional & skilled, with familiar movements, but also new, novel ones for me, particularly the stretching. I felt the benefit of human touch through the gifted hands 👐🏽 of Piyarat & her Traditional Thai Massage.

My first appointment and consultation was professionally conducted, providing me a wealth of information on the services provided. She has made a bespoke treatment, tailored to my needs and I am seeing results after 3 sessions!! So glad that I found them. Book up as they are BUSY! Great experience overall, great facility, great staff who are very knowledgeable & attentive, I left feeling like a new man. I had the Red Light Therpay, IV drip with a B12 boost and finished with a Cyro session. Highly recommended to check this out if you're in Birmingham

I had the deep cleanse facial, milk spots and skin tag removal. Initially after having the treatment my face was very sore and puffy and I was concerned. I was advised by Tammy and Shelby that it will take 5days to heal and settle down. On the 6th day I have literally amazing skin 💕 everything has healed and skin is fresh and glowing!!! Cannot thank Tammy and Shelby enough they are both very kind & welcoming. I will be back for future treatments and I have had so many compliments on how clearer my skin is looking. I have completed a 10 session oxygen therapy and 4 sessions of part cryotherapy to reduce my nostrils inflammation. And I can definitely see the health improvements. Tammy was amazing. I have been suffering with crippling back pain after a fall at work and the cryotherapy has really helped for the first time in over a month I can sit up straight.
