Lorraine was amazing, have visited a few times before and no issues. Only slight (personal opinion) the bed that I was on was very narrow and felt I had to hold my arms and couldn't fully relax. However didn't take away from experience

Heather is very professional and friendly. She uses a person centred focus and takes time to listen to make sure that she knows exactly what result you are looking for. Jocelyn was amazing. I recently had micro blading done so my forehead was slightly dry, which contradicted my oily acne prone chin area. Jocelyn decided to do a ‘half and half’ facial, using 2 different treatments to accommodate each area. This has never been done before. During my massage I was thinking “I wish I added on a head massage” and without saying Jocelyn moved on to my scalp. ABSOLUTE HEAVEN. The full treatment experience was a 10/10 from start to finish. Even better that it was a weekday deal they had going on. See you soon!

Another absolutely fantastic visit to Park West! Husband and I booked in to celebrate his birthday; treatments for both of us and use of the lodge. All I can say is, we have left floating on a cloud! Sharon is an absolute legend, working wonders with back, neck and shoulder massages followed by an Indian head massage. The lodge is a little slice of heaven where you can continue your relaxation, chill out and decompress on the loungers or in the hot tub and sauna; literally spoiled! We really didn't want to leave. The owner Jocelyn is the most beautiful soul and will have us back in a heartbeat

Wow! Fantastic facial, would highly recommend. My skin is glowing after 1 treatment. Not only did I get the crystal microdermabrasion facial she also gave me an arm/hand massage followed by neck massage. Treat yourselves ladies we are worth it! Susan was very attentive and very knowledgeable. I’ll be back 🤩🤩
