She was incredibly friendly, took the time to listen to my skin concerns, and thoroughly explained each step of the process and how it works. Charlotte also recommended the best products for my skincare routine, advising me on what to use and what to avoid for acne. I've been going to Liv now for 12months & the difference in my skin is incredible! I used to hate my frown lines but didn't want botox/fillers. Turns out, I didn't need them - just monthly microdermabrasion facial treatments. The difference is insane - I've actually been asked if I've had botox! Couldn't be happier with Livs treatments - they will definitely be continuing in 2025.

I’ve been a client of Millie for years for nails and she has always been attentive and caring. More recently I have had laser hair removal with Millie and she has made me feel so comfortable with the process and the treatment!
