Loved the team smiling at the entrance door and welcoming. My contrast therapy room was all set to go. My heart, soul and body was warmed up with the 79'C sauna and the the awakening with the cold bath dip. I am feeling NEW. Thanks so much team. You Rock

Absolutely delightful to sit at 78'C spa and then have a cold shower. Pleasant staff, neat and clean premise and wonderful ambience makes this a gorgeous place to pause and recharge.

WOW! I just love this place and space. First time Contrast Therapy and it was amazing! The thoughtful design and attention to the little things make this truly a beautiful experience. Not feeling rushed to move on and being welcome to linger and try the products while sipping on tea. Thanks Well + Being loved every minute! 💜

Tom gave me the best massage I’ve had in years - his knowledge of physiology helped get all of the tight muscles looser and I walked out feeling like I was walking completely differently! Highly recommend.

The Contrast therapy (hot and cold) was so luxurious, I wish I had an entire afternoon to lounge around in the sauna and cold tub!

Your receptionist/ carer /guide (Kate ? I think is her name) makes each experience at your centre a delight. She is warm and friendly and easy to chat with with. I felt immediately very relaxed and n good hands.

Hands down best massage I’ve ever had in Dunedin!

Lee and her team at Well + being are amazing! Such a wonderful retreat for Dunedin. I loved the light therapy, sauna and cold plunge. Kevia’s Pilates sessions are a must too.
