Louise is excellent - her knowledge and attention to detail makes the difference. She is knowledgeable and up to date on the latest developments of the products she holds - as well as how to use them and what the effects will be. I would suggest her any day to any friend.

Louise provides great attention to detail and ensures her knowledge of Lamelle products remain relevant. She remembers her clients history and applies this in treatments. I have been doing facials with her every 6 weeks for over a year - and I am very happy.

As always 5star service. Each and every one of the ladies from ReFresh is so special. When you walk into a salon and the owner sits down to do your feet because one of her employees are off sick, it really says something about the salon, management and integrity of the service you can expect. Hats off to you my angel. To my lady of my face, the only one to touch da face🥰, each and every month I walk out feeling like a million buck and it only because of you, your knowledge and insight, I love you to bits ❤️
