Covid protocols were impeccably followed, staff was amazingly friendly and professional making me feel extremely comfortable and confident in choosing Kelsi from their location for a consultant on a piercing I was interested in. Kelsi was able to kindly inform me I didn't have the anatomy for what I wanted without making me feel shameful of my body and suggested an alternative that I'm even more excited for! Looking forward to my future piercing appointment!

Jason was very thorough and took his time assessing my currently aggravated piercings and gave me some advice for future care and jewellery. We downsized my posts to ones that fit more appropriately, which looks much better now. Looking forward to getting more piercings here in the future.

I’ve avoided seeing someone to remove my stuck piercing for a year because of the pain when I’ve attempted & failed. Jason got it out so quickly with almost no pain at all. He alleviated my anxiety immediately & was just fantastic overall. I will definitely be coming here for any future piercings!!

Jason pierced my nephew and was so great with him. Walked him through the process and ensured my nephew what was going to happen. Jason was amazing by ensuring my nephew consented to every step from checking out his ear to moving forward with the second piercing free the first. It was just an empowering experience for my nephew. I was also pierced by Jason. Super knowledgeable and super friendly! He walked me through the whole piercing and cleaning process, and really put me at ease during my visit. All the measures put in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19 also made me feel very safe during my visit.

Amazing!! If you’re planning on getting a piercing GO TO JASON !! So knowledgeable and so so patient. Takes his time on making sure placement is absolutely perfect. Incredibly hygienic (I swear he changed his gloves what felt like 12 times during each piercing). I am in love (like seriously in love... OBSESSED) with my piercings and cannot wait to go back to get more VERY SOON !! thank you so much !!

Kelsi was so thorough all through my naval piercing appointment. She put thought and effort into the placement of the piercing, making sure it was straight and sat perfectly on my body! I was so impressed by her care and thoughtfulness in the piercing itself but also in ensuring my comfort! 10/10 would go back!!!

Always a joy to go to RCA. Jay and October are such lovely folks to talk with and visit. I feel very comfortable when I am getting my body modifications here; feels like catching up with old friends (also I am catching up with old friends).

Was here for a jewelry change/downsize. It was a great experience, super friendly and chill, but also professional. Felt very comfortable and would 100% come back and have more piercings done!
