Took my 10 year old to get his ear pierced. He was nervous, but the body piercer but him at ease and explained step by step what would happen. She let my son choose an earring out of 4 options. It was done quickly and professionally. Prices online need to be updated, though. The price list stated £16 for a single lobe, but I was charged £20 at the shop. I didn't say anything as I thought this was still reasonable, considering the earring was included in the price. Overall, it was a great experience.

Lovely staff and a great overall piercing experience!

My first appointment was easy to book, there were automated reminders and it was easy to fill out the required information in advance. I had my nose pierced by Sarah. She was very kind and patient and it didn't hurt too much then or since. The salon and the treatment room are clean and tidy. Will definitely be recommending The Beauty Concept for piercing.

Excellent full body massage, just what I needed after running a marathon

I received a voucher as a present for a full body massage and came in this evening to redeem it. I had amazing full body massage with Leanne and it was so enjoyable that I have booked to have another one in 2 weeks.
