Today I had around 0.7ml of magic shoved in my lips…. Lauren is so delicate and reassuring always checking I was ok and happy and comfortable. Rebecca always does an amazing job on my nails, her attention to detail is on point and she always makes sure I leave with the best nails. I book in with her for BIAB every 4 weeks and my nails last so long and the BIAB has really helped my nails to grow. Would highly recommend x

I came in for a spray tan and cut/blow dry. Had a really lovely experience, all members of staff were really welcoming and accommodating. I really enjoyed my tan with Mia who made the experience really enjoyable and Lucie was great with all of her advice hair wise. So much so after my appointment was done I booked for another appointment for some caramel highlights! Couldn’t recommend this place more!! Xx

Well I don't know what to say, I have wanted lip enhancements for years but always been very nervous about going ahead. I have personal reasons for wanting it doing and wish I hadn't waited so long. I could have been living my life alot sooner if I had visited refined aesthetics. As soon as I walked in the door I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed and informed of the first stage of the process. All way through I was kept updated and talked through each stage, encouraged at every point and never doubted anything. I will definitely be returning which I won't worry about next time 🥰
