Really lovely experience again, this time for skin boosters. Hannah explained the process, what to expect in terms of how it would feel and advised on how to care for my skin afterwards. Hannah really makes you feel so comfortable, it's like visiting a friend who happens to also be able to make your skin look and feel amazing!

From after being in a really bad relationship I didn’t like how I looked especially my lips and my confidence dropped and mica made me love my self again 🥰she’s super welcoming and didn’t make me uncomfortable one bit . Will always be going to her for my fillers . Xx

I was made to feel very comfortable as it was my first time getting lip filler. The results tuned out amazing too!

Dr Naren put me at ease from the very beginning and was a joy to talk to. His credentials as a doctor and G.P were the reason I booked with the Skin Firm and it became clear very quickly that he is very competent. He was happy to explain the process and answer my questions as we went along. He was mindful that the process can cause some discomfort and made it clear that we had plenty of time to take a short break as a when I required. As someone who has a mild needle phobia, Dr Naren has a calming demeanour which helped the process go smoothly. I highly recommend The Skin Firm.

Loads of good advice about hair care and some great products too. Fab team. So happy to have found a place that will take great care of my daughter’s hair.
