Natasha is THE BEST laser hair removal professional in town! If you’ve ever received treatments in the USA, you’re going to wish you’d found her first. It was completely painless and incredibly effective. Natasha talked to me through the entire treatment to determine my level of comfort and which areas she needed to go over again. She wants your treatments to be effective instead of most providers that want you to come back repeatedly. I’m seriously kicking myself for spending so much money on painful packages in the US. She’s better than 5 stars! You won’t regret it.

It was my 3rd time getting laser on my face with Natasha and it has been absolutely amazing! I was able to see changes just after the 1st session and never experienced any negative side effects. I do have dark skin so it’s harder to find places to get laser that actually work and without burns. She is the sweetest person ever and made me feel so comfortable! 10/10 recommend.

Natasha is a sweetness! She is kind, caring, and goes beyond what is expected. As an example, I went to the sun yesterday, and I had a sunburn in my back. She took the time to put some cream on my burnt skin, with no charge. When I went back to USA to have laser, I could see the difference between Natasha's way to take care of her patients and the woman who gave me my laser session. She was there for the job. But Natasha is there for her clients. She loves people, and we can feel and see it. I recommend her greatly Natasha for her services. I will miss her when I go back to USA.

The customer service was great. I had a hard time finding the location but they were very helpful and patient with me considering I showed up very late and they still accommodated me . The lady that did my Brazilian and armpit laser hair removal was very friendly and professional. She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in great detail. “Emergency” holiday wax on arrival as my UK waxer was not free and this became my first ever sugaring! Hugely surprised to find it more comfortable than normal strip and hard wax. Aigul looked after me - a super professional and determined service to remove all hair traces. Very impressed and highly recommended. I wish Aygul was in England!
