Rene was very warm, friendly and professional. She provided a lot of knowledge and made good suggestions to the issues I am facing. Rene is friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to assess my mobility and posture and spoke with me in depth about my problem areas and what I can do between treatments to help with stiffness and sore muscles. She did cupping along with sports massage. I'm happy to have confirmed that I am very healthy 😊

Rene was really professional and very friendly. Rene asked me about any areas I wanted to work on and talked me through the process as she did the treatment. I had a massage with cupping. She also gave me stretches to do daily and reminded me of other good advice that would help like staying hydrated.

I was so impressed with Rene’s lymphatic drainage massage. I have swelling from an operation, so was advised that a MLD massage would really help.
