I suffer with tension headaches and migraines tried massage and medication but it didn’t help, I had a session of acupuncture with Sophie and she knew exactly what to do! Words can't describe my experience with Amy. I have a back massage every month but today I had a full body massage and facial. I came out feeling like a new woman. Amy made me feel so comfortable and has magic hands. Her professionalism and skill will not disappoint anyone. She never stops. My 1st Lymphatic Drainage massage with Sophie, WOW I was not expecting these results so quickly. I can definitely see a difference. My stomach is flatter and my puffy ankles have gone! Absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this treatment.

Sophie listens to what is going on for you, not just physically but also emotionally, without hesitation at my last appointment she did some acupuncture to help my stress levels alongside my usual massage. With lots of previous injuries she helps to keep me moving with her magic hands.
