So this was my first massage so I had no idea what to expect, but Rachel took the wheel and guided me through everything. I was made to feel very comfortable in her space where I had an Indian head massage, full back and shoulders massage and hot stones treatment. I was away on another planet for nearly the entirety of the treatments and I'll be honest I was really gutted when it was over, I wanted more! The aftercare was also great, very informative and helpful to get the most out of the work Rachel put into my treatments. I definitely look forward to going back!

I love coming to Beth for my post op massages , she has been my go to since my surgery and has helped me every step of the way with my recovery. The difference i feel after having my treatment is instant and the results speak for themselves . Beth is one of the nicest people I have met and is a natural in her role , nothing phases her and you are made to feel comfortable and at ease whilst having your treatment , very lucky to be able to call her my therapist x

Very nice and clean place, I had a deep tissue massage and Jason helped to relieve tension in my muscles, asking me questions about the right pressure to apply on me and showing knowledge when I had asked questions.

Had a lymphatic drainage massage for the first time yesterday and will definitely back again. Rachel’s treatment room is beautiful and of course smells lush! I chose the revitalising lemongrass & rosemary massage oil which smelt wonderful, and I enjoyed and felt super relaxed after the massage. 10/10 would recommend. Going to try the active cupping I think next time!
