Had my first deep tissue massage on my neck and shoulders today, so glad I went! Holly was very friendly, professional and thorough. She used a range of techniques to help target the worst areas. Due to the severity of my shoulders, I have booked in a second appointment, as recommended. Highly recommend :)

This was my first ever sports massage and I was intially really nervous but holly was so nice and knew what she was doing. She used the cups on my knotted areas as I was too scared for the acupunture! Have already booked my next appt. Would deffo recommend and make it part of my monthly routine
