This is my second visit to Bi Hair Beauty Salon. I decided to try their haircut service this time, and I am extremely pleased with the result. The stylist took their time and cut my hair thoroughly. Additionally, I enjoyed a relaxing herbal therapy hair wash and massage. The staff even offered me a bottle of water while I waited for my turn, which I found thoughtful. Wow!! Just want to say a big ‘thank you’ to Emma for the most amazing ‘eye lashes’ (extensions) one could ever ask for. They fan beautifully around the eyes and look absolutely stunning!! The details are amazing. I wish I’d done this before! (I’m now enjoying ‘batting my lashes’ wherever I go!!) Hahaha I must say, I was so relaxed that I nearly ‘nodded off’ while the lashes were carefully, gently and perfectly applied. The vibe was so peaceful - I sat up re-energised and felt great! I had to lookup and I winked at myself and my ‘new lashes’ in the mirror! They are GORGEOUS!!

I had called and sent text to discuss the Keratin treatment i had. Without hesitation i felt heard and valued AND steps put in place to look at my hair and redo as needed. These guys and there Team are absolutely AMAZING and very accommodating to the customer needs. I definitely will keep going to the salon as they are so sassy and really do want what is best fir you.
