She let me know exactly what she was doing, she was knowledgeable and has a very lovely manner. I want to say her name was Alena or something similar. Thank you for a lovely facial.

My experience with Sonia in the faculty of Beauty was fantastic. She is very polite, customer focused and overall lovely. When engaging with me her voice is at the right volume which ensures our conversation is not heard throughout the room. This makes me feel more comfortable to converse with her gaining our topic. Lex was amazing. She explained every step of the process and demonstrated excellent product knowledge and application. I had an express facial, eyebrow shape & tint, and lip & chin wax.
