My appointment was booked for 13h00 and at 13h15 I was still waiting to be treated. I would appreciate that in future if appointments are running late that courtesy is applied to the customers by just letting them know that the appointment was running late. Overall the Gel Royal experience was amazing and Zoe was superb and friendly too! I'll definitely be returning 😊

Beautiful salon and my nails were done very neatly by Loveleness. Would recommend them highly. Complimentary tea is served while you wait. Maybe the music could be adjusted to bring a more relaxing atmosphere

I really loved my experience at BOA beauty Haasendal. The ambiance was extremely relaxing and sensual. I really loved how Patra/Partia not sure of the correct name was very attentive to my needs and how at every stage she checked in with me to make sure l was happy. The final look of my gel overlays was phenominal. I have been receiving many compliments and have been sharing details. Will wait to see how long the overlays last otherwise happy with the service.

My experience was pleasant. My therapists were very friendly and did wonderful work. They were thorough in the work that they did and showed that they have expertise and could advise were needed. I was helped by two therapist as i was doing my feet and hands. Sino and Melissa were great.
