I had a wonderful experience at Clover Grand this morning.. Nan (I hope I spelled her name correctly!) was excellent. She took her time to explain what she was doing, and if she needed to leave the room, she made sure to let me know why. This small but thoughtful detail is particularly important when you're face down and unaware of what's happening around you. I understand that English proficiency might vary among the staff, but it's always polite and professional to inform the customer if you need to step out—for instance, to wash your hands or retrieve hot stones. We booked a spontaneous couples massage. The room was spacious and clean. The face rest was raised, super supportive and comfortable. Ella and Sarah our massage therapists were amazing! It was a super relaxing experience and they were attentive to knots and muscle tightness.
