Had a 90 min manual lymphatic drainage. For those that have lymphedema, advise you to give this a go. I have these regularly and have noticed my legs aren't as puffy and tight. I alternate with a full body massage. Great way to get toxins out of your body.

Have a lymphatic system doesn't work as it should. Have found the massages are a great help to get the fluid moving. Legs not tight and tired at the end of the day.

My massage from Janita was brilliant as always. I suffer from a lot of neck pain and spasms and Janita has been the only person so far that has been able to help me and actually stop the spasms. I would highly recommend going to her if you have any muscular or joint problems.

Janita provides massages that target any problem areas of your body. She does not cut any corners in her treatments - if you book for an hour, you get an hour of massage. I highly recommend her treatments.

Mike has a hypoxia brain injury so it is awesome to have Janita visiting twice a month to give him a massage. Janita has a wealth of knowledge and experience and has helped us to reassess Mike’s exercise programme. Thank you Janita
