I’ve just been for my 2nd appt this week. My first was for an aqua facial which is truly amazing and by far the best facial I’ve ever had. Today I have been back for my Botox. . Every time I have been there has been a thorough consultation beforehand in which all the treatments are explained. I have never had such thorough and well explained treatments. I love that they are all medical professionals and use only medical products so I know all my treatments are safe. They are kind and friendly people who I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Cannot wait to go back.

Bit disappointed as I had booked with Frank, not informed that he wasn't in the salon today, therapist I had was fine, but would be nice to be informed of changes as every time I go there is another therapist who I haven't seen before

After recently feeling unwell with my own GP being closed (Saturday) and the NHS site advising me to attend hospital - which I knew was not necessary - I contacted Flux. I was seen and diagnosed by a Doctor the same day and given a prescription which immediately set my mind at ease and started me back on my journey to feeling well again. £39 plus £11 medication is all this service cost - more than worth it. Superb service.

My first visit to Nicki and I was overwhelmed with the service. She’s is friendly, professional and I felt so confident in her care. A very knowledgeable clinician and I highly recommend her!

Absolutely brilliant experience today. I was made to feel welcome immediately. Sarah explained to me about what would help my skin in a way that made me feel educated not belittled. The treatment itself felt lovely with regular check ins to see how my skin was feeling. I finished my treatment with my skin feeling refreshed and some lovely free samples to help care for my skin going forward. Sarah was so friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Would 100% recommend and I can’t wait to come back and see her again xox
