I did the Basic Clean and Clear facial; Veronica was really friendly and knowledgeable, and she explained each step clearly throughout the facial. She didn’t upsell me anything which I do appreciate. The studio is clean and quiet. the aesthetician explained every steps before touching my face. NO hard selling nor pushing any products or services..Tips is not required. You can treat your lovely friends with a basic(or special) facial as a birthday /wedding/ mother- to- be /Xmas gift.

Just went there for my facial this morning. Once I step in, a very warm greeting to check in for my appointment. As I was the first time customer, they will ask in details in regards to my medical background and concern for my face . No hard selling at all during the treatment and also let me know step by step of what kind of procedures that they are doing. Will definitely go back to do other treatments in near future and also bring more friends to their clinic .
