I’ve been visiting Amy for skin treatments for over a year now and it’s always been a fantastic experience. I have had peels, skinpen and eye treatments which have improved my skin no end. Felt absolutely welcomed by mercedes, was my first visit to K & L, the shop is beautiful. Loved that mercedes asked me to show her some inspo looks and asked me loads of questions to ensure she got my lashes right. Love how they look but I'd definitely go more fuller next time. Thank you

Prep appointment ready for a wedding I’m maid of honour for next week. Had my nails done by Lisa, and then an eyebrow lami and lash lift with Mercedes, and they both absolutely smashed it. Kye is amazing 🌟 Today, she pierced my daughters ears, she was so calm, patient and explained all the steps to put her at ease. My daughter is so happy, she cannot stop smiling. My Botox follow up appointment was a happy one, I have never had such great results. Amy clearly explains the potential results and limits to my aesthetic goals, so expectations are realistic and always rewarding. I look much more youthful with natural movement - I feel much more confident. I have never had such successful results and Amy creates an overall look, not just standard areas. Would recommend to everyone (and having been to lower cost providers, you get what you pay for).
