I always have a great time getting waxed by Gemma. Might sound a little strange as waxing isnt the most relaxing treatment but we just have a laugh throughout the whole appointment and I'm always pleased with my results. Gemma is so welcoming, professional and amazing at what she does so I cannot recommend her services enough.

I recently had my first ever wax with Gemma, and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable from the start, and was just as chatty as I am, which really helped ease any nerves I had. I suffer from anxiety & Ewelina was really understanding & reassured me from the beginning. She is so patient & kind. She put me at ease straight away. I was scared about getting any treatments done but she advised me on the best one for me & what would and wouldn't work. I wouldn't go anywhere else now she really is the best at what she does.
