Great service, friendly technicians. Free coffee tea and snacks. Beautiful details. Gel art my daughter did was excellent as well. We are always coming back here for the nails and hair.

Great to see the salon under new management. Zoe did a fabulous job with my color and the atmosphere was lovely. Great coffee also. Thought it was expensive though. 175 dirhams for a blow dry on top of the color and toner charge was a bit steep.

Chance saloon is my favorite place to get my nails done. I have tried lots of saloons but this one I can say have professional friendly staff. Can not describe how happy I am with the service and the quality of the products they use. Highly recommend this place if you love your self you have a chance to love your self more at chance

Fatimah is great at what she does. She cut and styled my hair exactly like how I showed her in the picture. I'm very satisfied. Lina did my nails and she was the sweetest. She took her name and made sure I chose the right colours. All the staff are sweet and caring with their customers.

I had a fantastic experience at the salon! I felt very welcome by the sweet and very talented staff. I also loved the coffee and cookies and I will definitely be coming back to do my nails again! Best salon I have experienced in Dubai and I have tried many during the last 10 years!

Hi on the 14th August I had to pay aed 50/- extra as you didn't have change. Was thinking of getting that deducted this time. But was unable to as the receptionist wasn't there. Hope I can deduct it next time 😌 anyway I am so happy with my nails. Just perfect
