I had a Mani Medi today standard with clear gel polish, never had my nails done before but the lady was very efficient and gentle. The whole experience was very calming and relaxing, and very enjoyable. The results were clean and neat and hopefully they will last a good few weeks! Very happy with the service.

Over the years, I have booked in at any number of salons in the cbd. The Nail Bar in Rundle Mall has been the best experience thus far and by far. The expertise of the techs, the salon ambience, and the emphasis on bookings rather than walk-ins all contribute to my positive experience. I highly recommend the salon and will continue to be regular there for mani/pedis.

Helen was amazing and knew exactly how I wanted my nails. She was so patient (because it takes me forever to decide on a colour) and very kind. Very very happy with the outcome and will definitely be returning. My pedicure was also lovely and relaxing. Thank you!

Although my nails chipped a bit I got them fixed up and an extra coat added no extra cost! Apparently clear gel is a lot thinner then coloured gel which is why this happened (I am a swim teacher so wanted to protect my nails), so next time I will get coloured!

I recently visited Professional Nails in Rundle Mall (downstairs at Myer) for a manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service. The nail polish wasn’t applied properly—there were noticeable gaps near the cuticles, and the finish looked old and unpolished from the start. Thankfully, I discovered The Nail Bar in Chinatown, where Helen worked her magic! She reshaped my nails, redid my manicure, and carefully painted the color right up to the cuticles. The results were flawless and exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you, Helen, for fixing my nails

I have been getting my nails done for close to 20 years, and BY FAR I have never had such a wonderful Experience like I did today at the nail bar!! Not only did they genuinely offer appointments! (most Nail salons like this don’t have a booking system and just say yes and then when you arrive make you wait half an hour) But they took their time with such precision and my nails are perfect!! So many times ive had the technicians make me feel uncomfortable when I make a small request, These ladies genuinely care and want You to have a good experience Absolutely incredible!
