Excellent pedi as usual from the nail technicians, but I’ve noted on the past few appts the same person upon arrival often attempts to upsell me on my ‘express gel pedi’ (as named via your online trt menu) and/or gel mani, which I always book in for. It has started to become a point of the treatment process, where it’s shouted across the room in front of clientele, that I’m here for only a “basic” pedicure. My background is Beauty Spa Management, so I know all the tricks of the trade when it comes to upselling. I just don’t think it needs to be laboured on about each time.

Olga and Yana were both amazing - so attentive, thoughtful, and really made me feel taken care of. I don’t have the nicest feet but Yana made them the softest they have ever been! She also suggested a colour combo for the polish that I absolutely love. Olga cleaned my hands up perfectly - she paid attention to every detail. I’m so grateful I booked in to see them both!

My first time visiting Parnail Bar and it was absolutely amazing! The ladies are very friendly, I particularly enjoyed the complimentary drinks. The service was excellent. Very professional and they take their time to make sure you're 100% happy with your nails. I highly recommend getting your nails done here. I will definitely be coming back.

5 Star rating - highly recommend! I had a Christian Dior deluxe pedi/mani complete with diamond jewels! Extremely clean, well organised nail salon and no files are shared between customers. Amazing selection of designer polishes and gel etc applications. Professional artistry at it's best. Complimentary drinks menu and simply lovely staff that take the time to give you options. Best nail service I have ever had! 5 stars!
