I had the most amazing experience getting my nails done today! My nail technician was not only incredibly lovely but also truly talented. She clearly knows her craft inside and out. From start to finish, she made me feel comfortable and listened to exactly what I wanted. The end result was perfect—beyond my expectations! Had my first BIAB set done today, Kia was absolutely fabulous. She explained the process every step of the way and made me feel part of the process. I have short and weak nails so BIAB is definitely the way forward to try and strengthen my nails to grow. Kia is so lovely and welcoming. I will definitely be back for infills. Thanks again! I’ve had so many compliments already!

what can I say? She nailed it again. This lady is very professional listens to exactly what you want. her creativity amazes me. very up-to-date with all latest trends and techniques can basically do anything you ask and don’t be scared to be creative or to get any gems they last forever. from personal experience, they definitely don’t fall off so bling it up as much as you want. thank you for my fantastic nails, kia.

Always fab! Have had issues with my nails breaking but kia spent time thinking about why this was happening and spent extra time trying to ensure it didn't happen anymore.

Aga was wonderful. I was welcomed into her cozy salon on the second floor with a smile. She had me sit down on her special chair and made me comfortable. She offered me a drink and then started my treatment. Throughout she treated me with both a friendly and professional manner and my feet now feel and look amazing. She is very knowledgable in her craft as her wall of qualifications will attest and quickly and efficiently used a variety of products and techniques to have my feet feeling better than ever. Amazing service. I cannot recommend her services more highly. I will be back.

Facial always very good but did noticed on weds 2 days after manicure colour didn't cover whole nails on left hand . I appreciate I have difficulty seeing and moving hand due to arthritic joints .

Lovely Christmas nails done

1st experience with Steph & I was very impressed with my beautiful colored dark red nail varnish ,,im very fussy with people doing nails but she was kind and patient with me , also had a facial , I felt it was better than Clarins treatments in John Lewis all in all I will be keeping Steph in my address book for future treatments infact my next is Jan 22nd .
