Fabulous. Have yet to be disappointed by skin fitness richmond. Had a slight sensitive reaction to the eyebrow waxing this time round which left me with some irritated redness and scabbing under my brows. But I had gotten them done twice within about 3 weeks so my skin was likely still recovering from the previous round. And despite the redness my brows and lashes look fantastic! And the redness/scabbing has nearly cleared up within 3 days. Always leave my appointments 100% satisfied with the results.

My therapist was so professional, well spoken, knowledgeable, caring, considerate and helpful. Loved my facial from start to finish but my back massage was equally impressive and relaxing. So impressed. I love the salon and visit frequently but will ask for this therapist next visit as she is amazing!

The price was half price advertised $50, have been charged $60. The massage was less than 1 hr, around 48 minutes. The hands were not massaged as they had to go to other client. We expect to receive what you offer Wednesdays half price if advertised so, and if full relaxation body massage, to be full body massage.
