When you have to wake yourself up you know you are relaxed. Today I had a pialtes facial which included a back massage followed by reflexology. So essentially a pamper from head to toe and it was just what I needed. It is so nice to take time out and have someone look after me for a change and as a mum and 2 with a business to run it is definitely needed from time to time. Thank you so much Debbie, I always feel relaxed and comfortable in your treatment room x

Had the best treatment today. Was totally relaxing and I felt the benefits instantly. If anyone hasn't tried Reki and wants to I would totally recommend Robyn. She is perfectly professional and makes you feel really calm and relaxed. She also gave me a breakdown of what she found after the treatment and where i should notice improvements. Can't wait for the next session.
