Loved the decor on arrival & the receptionist was friendly & welcoming with a lovely smile , Lauren was so lovely & made my appointment so relaxing I needed a sleep afterwards. Have booked up another appointment with Lauren next week . Highly recommend.

I was very happy with my nails and the waxing I had done as usual. I find small talk very hard so I apologise if I came across as rude for not being very talkative, I would have definitely responded if conversation had been started with me. But it was very relaxing anyway. I did get two small nics or grazes when my nails were being shaped, I am not too bothered about this as it's a simple accident within the process, however they are still stinging about 7 hours later which hasn't been very comfortable unfortunately. But overall I'm happy with my experience again.

I had an Indian Head Massage and hand scrub with Lauren: all the staff are always incredibly friendly and happy to answer any questions, which is great for someone like me who isn't your typical beauty-treatment sort of person! The treatments are amazing and I always come away feeling great!
