Scott was fantastic! I left feeling completely relaxed and had a great nights sleep following my Thai foot massage! He explains everything and talks you through the different pressure points and how they correspond to other ailments. I’ll definitely book in again!

Lovely face massage with Michaela I went for the headache/sinus massage, really helped & could feel the release it was amazing & relaxed me so much I didn't want to get off the bed, she has magical hands 😊 100% recommend for massage thank you ❤️

Amber is the best! It was my first time having Botox, filler and lemon bottle but she put me completely at ease and explained the process thoroughly. I feel amazing and will be returning for my top ups in the future. A fantastic venue, wonderful staff and a fantastic relaxing atmosphere. I love it!

I had initially booked in with Emma for an Indian head massage, after I’d explained my issues she knew exactly what I needed and I changed my appointment to a back neck and shoulder massage. All I can say is wow! I had been struggling with a tension headache for a few days and Emma knew exactly where the muscle tightness was. She gave me some deep tissue work where it was needed and I left with a much lighter head. Emma I will be back, thank you so much! I highly recommend anyone with those aches and pains to get booked in. On top of this the shop is so nice and the rooms are so cosy.

Had an absolutely incredible back, shoulder and neck massage and a facial today by Michaela. I could not recommend highly enough! So warm welcoming, calming atmosphere and exceptional experience. I feel so pampered and recharged. She truly is amazing at what she does! Easy to find and easy to park which is always a big bonus too. I will be a regular customer x

My first time at Relax and Recharge wellness and I definitely made the right choice of salon. I booked a neck, shoulder and back massage and Michalla did my treatment. Beforehand she got a bit of background information from me has I had been suffering with shoulder pain . She explained everything to me and I must say she was extremely friendly and welcoming. The massage was amazing and my first time with hot stones been used which I found very relaxing. I’m sure I will be rebooking and also looking at other treatments on offer. Highly recommend !

Had a fabulous visit to the R&R wellness retreat day, it was a small group session at the salon that made the visit feel very cosy & enjoyable. Tried new relaxation techniques & treatments with Michaela. Plenty of great snacks & refreshments available. All staff were great…a special mention to Ambers massage 💆‍♀️ & Scott’s Thai foot massage 🦶🏻. Had a great relaxing day & would book again in a few months time when more R&R is needed!

I've had an amazing day at R&R Wellness. You know when you've had a great massage when you sleep for a couple of hours when you get home. The day itself was nicely spaced out in a chilled environment and the team were amazing. The food was lovely and there were plenty of liquid refreshments available throughout the day. Would definitely recommend them, can't wait to go again.
