From start to finish the experience was relaxing. The receptionist was lovely. The room was warm and clean. The massage itself was absolutely lush. Julie was exceptional always checking in on pressure and if I was comfortable. From top to toe I felt very at ease and was able to relax.

The massage was lovely. The only negative was due to the shared room, the other customers (a couple) arrived during my massage and had an in-depth conversation including a phone call. It really detracted from the relaxing time and space

Very pleasant and relaxing experience. The massage therapist checked in about the pressure and delivered a very thorough full body Hilot massage. The hot ginger tea afterwards is a nice touch too. Recommended, and good value for money.

I love the Hilot Massage. Super relaxing. My masseuse was amazing! She used the perfect amount of pressure and was able to move the knots from my shoulders. This is my second time to Bamboo Spa and will definitely come back. Highly recommended.
