I had the perfect morning at Nail Bar with a gel manicure and pedicure. Madelina was patient and attentive, taking into account my needs. The owner was really pleasant and made me a lovely cup of coffee. Thank you both for a great experience. Regarding some of the comments below, something i have learnt when going to a place for the first time is, give them a chance, feedback pleasantly, bear in mind if the salon is busy. If it is busy then staff will be under pressure at times. Lets just be kind to each other!

I have been going to Cazelle for many years, mainly for waxing, eyebrow threading and mani/pedis. All the staff are friendly and professional and know their customers well. Always happy with the treatments and service.

My waxing appointment with Leigh was brilliant. She was pleasant, professional and her technique was amazing; it’s the least painful wax I’ve ever had! They also have great Covid safety measures in the salon. They asked me to sanitise my hands as soon as I got there and everyone wears masks. I thoroughly recommend this place.

Dana always does my hair cut and dye, I come out feeling great as she knows how I like my style! Thankyou Dana! This has been my hairdresser for over 20 years and remains my favourite it local it’s reasonable and you get a great service. ❤️

I love going to the Harrow branch of Full Stop! Fantastic service and all the staff are so friendly. I would highly recommend getting your hair done by Phuong, he's an artist. Prices are very reasonable for the level of service provided. I wish I'd started going here years ago.

Have been coming for years all very professional and a lovely atmosphere.

As usual this may go to nail and hair bar. Madelina executed my nails perfectly with exactly what I wanted and her attention to detail is immaculate. Marzia always blow dries my hair and as usual it was amazing and she always does it so it can last for ages and goes the extra mile to make me feel relaxed and pampered. This is your go to salon in the area . Henna the owner is also always making her customers feel at home and treats them with attention and love. Thank you guys for everything.

My daughter was kept waiting with no explanation. My gel pedicure finished early. Would prefer it if staff were more engaging / came across as happier.

Always a great service when I come here. Mona is very knowledgeable about hair and really cares about her clients needs.

the girls there are really excellent at their job but the salon is showing signs of wear and tear - PLEASE replace the chairs (the springs hurt my bottom!) and the toilet could do with replacing with something more in keeping with the salon (its a bit like a store room with a loo in the corner!)
