First time in today, they took such care for every detail. The cleanliness was more than I have ever seen in any other spa. I will be back for an eyebrow wax and tint and a facial, and look forward to trying more services offered.

Super clean salon. I got a European gel manicure and a gel pedicure and everything turned out better than I could imagine.

Great service and they did a great job on my pedicure!

The spa was clean and presentable and the staff friendly. My manicure and pedicure were amazing. But the Norfolk store now only uses pedicure chairs with foot baths, so when having a dry pedicure means balancing a foot rest in the bowl. This does not make a relaxing or comfortable time as the foot rest does not anchor in the bowl- if you want a dry pedicure with a comfortable chair and relaxing position- go to another location.

Beautiful, clean salon with very kind and professional employees. Arisha did a fabulous job on my gel pedicure, as she does every month! Highly recommend this salon!

I had never been to a European spa before so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. This place is beautiful and so clean! The experience was wonderful and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. They were so attentive from offering me coffee and snacks to each detail of my manicure and pedicure. They offer so many services from formal makeup, facials, waxing, etc. This is my new spa! Thank you Kristina and Olga for taking such good care of me!
