Attended salon for first time this afternoon and was made to feel welcome and at ease from the moment I walked through the door.Shivonne is a great therapist and made sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment by explaining what she was doing every step of the way.Her attention to detail and care are outstanding.I look forward to my next treatment with her.Thanks very much. I went to see Jess for a permanent eyebrow treatment, I had followed her work for a few months and loved what she did. I arrived to a warm welcome and clear guide of what to expect. She was very professional and put me at ease instantly. I trusted her completely and went with all her suggestions. The treatment was a little uncomfortable at first but as soon as the numbing cream could be applied it was. The results are amazing, I’m absolutely thrilled with the shape and look of my eyebrows and could not recommend Jess enough, I only wish I did it sooner.
