What a fabulous salon. I’ve had 3 visits in the past two weeks to the salon with two different staff. Have rebooked .🥰 The staff are amazing, always make you feel special. I recently had a permanent makeup session with Sevy, and I couldn't be happier with the results! She truly worked wonders, especially with my eyebrows. Not only did she make them look amazing, but she also corrected a previous treatment gone wrong with such skill and expertise. I am beyond grateful for her talent and professionalism. I highly recommend her.

The staff at Westbourne The Venue are really lovely and make you feel welcome on arrival and throughout your visit. The environment of the rooms is very calming and provides a lovely atmosphere to have your treatments. The Venue is very clean and the beauticians are outstanding. I have had classic eyelash extensions and eyebrows waxed a couple of times and have been very happy with my treatments and my eyelashes last a really long time so absolutely worth the money.

I wish I could attach photos here because the makeup I got from Dia is amazing! Exactly what I wanted! I’m so glad I found her, reasonable price and very nice atmosphere. She is one of the most talented makeup artists I’ve ever met! Thank you Dia again, will definitely come back to use your services! 🥰

Had the Derma2 Bio peel at Serene. No redness or irritation afterwards, and my skin feels so smooth now. Sarah gave me a lovely hand massage whilst I relaxed under the LED light. Will definitely have another one.

Dia is highly professional, and the service provided is exceptional.

It was a lively treatment and Ashleigh was really accommodating because I had a voucher that I wasn’t able to use as it was for the Wallisdiwn branch which I didn’t realise so was a bit annoyed . I think it needs to be made clear on the voucher and website that you can only redeem them at the specified branch. I had booked Westbourne online as been there before and they had better availability for appointments but was disappointed to find out I was unable to use my voucher as I was not expecting to have to fork out £60 today. Ashleigh was lovely though very attentive and thorough.

I went into the salon and loved how it looked very warm and welcoming with gorgeous Christmas decorations very tastefully done. I had my usual dermaplane treatment on my face and was really delighted! My skin feels fabulous and my makeup looks so much better and I’m glowing! Thank you!

My 1st time at The Venue and I had a Hydr02 facial with Sevy she was lovely very professional explained every step what to expect and how it would feel. I have booked more appointments and would highly recommend The Venue Salon at Westbourne
