It's always a bit nerve-wracking when you want someone to put permanent make up on your face but having done my research I landed with Dagmara at Skin Touch in Crystal Palace. Immediately pit at ease and am absolutely delighted with the bold but natural output. It's more uncomfortable than painful and for the touch up which seemed to hurt more, she added some anaesthetic and it was nothing more than a light scratch. Would highly recommend

I love my lashes - Carmen is fantastic and makes sure you are comfortable and satisfied. Cannot recommend highly enough - made to feel welcome. Carmen makes sure you leave the salon looking just as you would wish for.

Great experience. I'm new to microneedling and Dagmara has always been gentle and effective with her treatments. She is also a diligent aesthetician - she rescheduled my appointment where my skin was too dry for the treatment and sends me home with a small sample for aftercare. I see results already and received many compliments on my skin.

2nd visit to The House of Plush and was pleasant as my last visit. I'm on a journey with my hair so really needed someone who understood this. My hair was washed by the lovely assistant; who was very gentle & communicated well. Sylvia was brilliant, as always. She listened, asked the right questions and understood I'm not ready to go for a chop just yet so agreed with me to go in between & recommended steps to take to care for my hair until next visit.
