Amanda, thank you so v much for my gorgeous biab nails. My nails were in a state but you've made them look great 🥰😍 And you were able to explain why I'd had problems. You have such an extensive knowledge & experience & still challenge yourself with further training - you want to & do bring that knowledge entirely for the benefit of your clients. You talked me through each step & also gave me after care advice 💖I love going to Balanced Boutique. Amanda & Gillian are wonderful girls & it's such a welcoming place to visit. The welcome from gorgeous Coco is the icing on top of the cake 💝💖

An amazing experience from start to finish! Tricia’s therapy room is so welcoming, relaxing and immaculately clean. Tricia is very professional and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the treatments she provides. I was getting gel nails done but will definitely be back to try some other treatments. Rebecca, Brooke & Channa are just the best! Have been going to the salon for years now and wouldn’t look to go anywhere else!! Everyone always comments on my nails and it’s a fab place to go for a good chat. The salon has recently been decorate and I absolutely love it love the new pedicure chairs.. and sitting up watching round me while getting my toes done!! Well done Rebecca what a fab Salon you run with a fab bunch of girls who have grown to be my friends ❤️

Had another amazing appointment with Amanda doing my Biab nails. Thank you so very much, I love them 💖 Such a wide range of gorgeous colours to . I love that Amanda always checks how I've got on & offers suggestions if I've had a problem ie. me wanting to have long nails but sadly they're not practical for my life atm. But you feel entirely able to make your own choice. Amanda explains each of the different steps, showing her extremely high level of knowledge. I adore my "me time" at Balanced Boutique & come away feeling thoroughly spoilt xxxx

Fantastic salon are so friendly, caring and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Kirsty is a really caring owner who always cares for the customer and listens to all their needs. The rest of the girls are amazing at what they do I have been using the team for over a year and myself and my 21 year old and 16 year old daughters, love our pamper days and they treat us like family whenever we are there. I use it for hair extensions, nails, lashes and waxing it is a one stop shop and their appointments system is really first class. Thank you lady’s for all the first class service use provide.
