The Reflexology today was one hour of total bliss - I didn’t want it to come to an end! I left feeling entirely relaxed and a perfect way to start the weekend. Anca is so professional and caring with whichever treatment you choose.

My reflexology session with Anna was blissful. So relaxing and nourishing for the body and soul! Can't recommend her enough.

Usually I go to Keiko when my body is crying out for some TLC & my favourite treatment by far is reflexology but this time I wanted to try something a bit different & her Signature Japanese facial intrigued me. I know how amazing a therapist Keiko is so trusted that it would be both relaxing, holistic & beneficial to my general sense of wellbeing. Nearer the day I was hesitant as my skin is so sensitive at the moment & I was concerned it would make it worse but after discussing my concerns & being reassured I decided to go for it. Wow! It was an hour of pure bliss! Absolutely incredible!

I had reflexology and it was so relaxing I fell asleep twice and jumped myself awake haha! I loved it. Definitely going back for more reflexology when I can :)))

Ruth does a fantastic job of putting you at ease, from simple booking and notifications, great communication, to being friendly, calm and welcoming. I really appreciate how Ruth responds to my latest aches and pains and can tailor a session to requirements. Even at times of severe back pain, Ruth is reassuring and can always find solutions that work. Ruth has superpowers at seeking out and destroying crunchy, sore, or knotty back problems; I’m totally backing her when she won’t give in and makes sure none escape! Her reflexology is amazing, and I always leave relaxed, blissed out and chill!
