My sons first time ever having reflexology, he struggles with anxiety and pressures of life but he bottles it up so sleep and proper relaxation is very low. He loved going to see Clare and felt relaxed afterwards and sleepy (yay) he wants to go again the worlds most ticklish kid aswell!

I’ve been visiting Claire for reflexology for a couple of months now and can honestly say it’s one of the best treatments I’ve ever had! I come away feeling amazing! I would be lost without my sessions with Clair. It is my time to just focus on me which is something I struggled to make time for before I started my reflexology journey. My feet 👣 feel Like I am walking on cloud 9 afterwards but it’s my mental health improvement has been the best part for me.

Omg I absolutely love my treatments with Clair, she is amazing, if you have never had reflexology you must book in, I’ve never looked back
