I had a mini reflexology and a mini lower leg/foot massage with Zoe who is always so lovely. The room is so cosy, relaxing and calming and the heated bed is so lovely. I felt very chilled and relaxed and throughly enjoyed my 40 minute session. So much so I nearly fell asleep. I can highly recommend Zoe.

A fantastic visit from start to finish - you feel instantly relaxed from the moment you enter the tranquil MEMA clinic. I had reflexology with Elaine followed by a bespoke facial with Alexandra - both of which were so relaxing I fell asleep both times! Elaine is incredibly intuitive and straight away recognised any issues I had, ensuring I relaxed and enjoyed the treatment fully. The facial with Alex was outstanding, I’ve had several facials with Alex and my skin always looks completely rejuvenated! She works pure miracles and I shall absolutely be visiting again (and again!)

My Reflexology session with Elayne was blissful, just what I needed to destress after a hectic few weeks. She managed to help release the tension throughout my body and let me totally rest and relax.
