I visited The Lotus Beauty Rooms the other day with a absolute belter of a migraine, I thought i would have to cancel but so pleased I didn't.... I told Emma what was going on, she then told me to lay on the couch & relax. What came next was an hour of sheer bliss... Emma performed a relaxing massage, cupping, Thai reflexology & then told me to turn over & lay on my back. She then on to do acupuncture, cranial massage & also and upper back & neck massage.. Absolutely unbelievable & I felt like a new person with a new head. The Lotus Beauty Rooms just keeps on getting better & better ♥️♥️♥️♥️

I had my first holistic bliss treatment with Emma today and all I can say is Wow, it was amazing. Emma is so friendly and professional and makes you feel very relaxed. The treatment was a combination of reflexology, massage and a facial, I thoroughly enjoyed it and felt so chilled at the end, it's a shame it had to end! 😍😊

You will receive a very warm and friendly welcome and on this occasion my visit was for reflexology. Dianne is amazing and is a highly professional and experienced reflexologist. Be prepared to feel cocooned in a loving and caring environment that leaves you feeling totally relaxed. A little bit of heaven in Brampton.

Yet another great session, hadn't had reflexology for years, thoroughly relaxed from it, and was great having Raven snuggles whilst it was happening.

Collette really knows her stuff. After an amazing full back massage and acupuncture to an injured shoulder, she very nearly put me to sleep with hand reflexology. That's a real achievement with me!! Always feel great after a treatment. I would recommend her treatments to anyone with injury, stiffness or pain.

Enjoyed having my manicure with Joanne this morning, such a great salon, best in Carlisle.

I have been going to Collette for a number of years. I am not a fan of massage however by having acupuncture,cupping and a little massage it works a treat and sorts my problems out. Colette knows her stuff and has always been a godsend. I have also had reflexology which I do really enjoy and that helps keeping my body right.

Absolutely love my monthly visits to beauty at solo. Reflexology with Sue and stress therapy message with Tracie what can I say other than amazing. Such a welcoming environment Sue Tracie and Joanne keep doing what you’re doing as you are all fantastic .
